Jacket manufacturing process can categorizes into four man divisions
1. Cutting
2. Stitching
3. Finishing
4. Packing
1. Cutting:- Once the pp sample got approved from customer then bulk production process starts by cutting the fabric and other trims like linings, pocketing and interlinings as per req. after cutting there are some process to be follow in cutting dept before releasing the panels for sewing section.Panel fusing is a crucial part of jacket cutting division because there are types of fusing used in jacket and heat temperature should be as per interlining nature.

Jacket manufacturing process can categorizes into four man divisions
1. Cutting
2. Stitching
3. Finishing
4. Packing
1. Cutting:- Once the pp sample got approved from customer then bulk production process starts by cutting the fabric and other trims like linings, pocketing and interlinings as per req. after cutting there are some process to be follow in cutting dept before releasing the panels for sewing section.Panel fusing is a crucial part of jacket cutting division because there are types of fusing used in jacket and heat temperature should be as per interlining nature.
